We want you to be completely satisfied with your Haven purchase. If you're not, we offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return your Haven device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
- The 30-day window begins on the date your order is delivered (per carrier tracking)
- To initiate a return, email us at support@gethavenai.com with your order number
- We will provide a return shipping label or instructions
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- The Haven USB device must be returned in its original condition
- All included accessories (USB-C adapter, quick start guide) should be returned if possible
- The device should not be physically destroyed or intentionally damaged beyond normal use
Minor signs of use (plugging in, testing the product) are expected and will not affect your refund eligibility.
3. Pre-Order Cancellations
If you placed a pre-order and wish to cancel before the product ships:
- You may cancel at any time before shipment for a full refund
- Email us at support@gethavenai.com with your order number to cancel
- Refunds for pre-order cancellations are processed within 5-7 business days
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item (or your cancellation request for pre-orders), we will inspect it and process your refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
5. Return Shipping
- For defective or damaged products: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- For all other returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise arranged
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your Haven device arrives damaged or is defective:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@gethavenai.com
- Include your order number and a description (photos are helpful)
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different bundle size, please return your current order for a refund and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, email us at support@gethavenai.com
